Finger Food: Banana French Toast

Hi guys!

I thought I’d add one of our family favorite toddler finger food recipes.

Who doesn’t love Egg Bread?  Add a bit of banana to make these French Toast sticks even healthier.

All you need is:

1 organic banana

2 organic free range eggs

1 pinch of cinnamon

6 slices of whole grain bread


All you need to do is:

Mash the banana, mix until most of the lumps have gone.

Add the eggs and cinnamon to the banana mash and beat with a fork.

Dip slices of bread into the mix and fry in a preheated little buttered pan.


*We use the Breville Custom Loaf bread maker for preservative and number free bread.  It’s honestly the EASIEST and by far the most used appliance in our household.  A definite must if you love fresh bread, and don’t want those numbers in your bread.
