4 Ingredients: Mini Avocado & Hummus Quesadillas

Another super easy 4 ingredient recipe for you.

Mini Avocado & Hummus Quesadillas

All you need is:

  • Tortilla’s
  • Avocado
  • Hummus
  • Cheese (any cheese will do, cheddar, mozzarella, buffalo etc)
  • (and any spices you may want to add)

Instructions:
Cut out the large tortilla shells with a round cutter (if you can be bothered, or just fill a whole one and cut into slices)

Spread Hummus, sliced avocado and cheese on top of half the tortilla

Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the half with filling

Fry in a pan until cheese is melted

 

Ta da!
